Confirmation is a Sacrament of Evangelization.  The gifts of the Holy Spirit we receive at our Baptism are strengthened in us at Confirmation so that we can spread and defend the Catholic faith.  

The Youth Confirmation preparation process at Sacred Heart generally takes two years.  These two years are filled with classes, retreats, Catholic youth events and service opportunities all to deepen your relationship with Christ and to prepare you for the mission you are called to do. Classes occur 2-3 Sundays a month beginning in September and running through April.  We usually meet after the 11am Mass (12:15-2pm) but occasionally meet later in the day Sunday.  See schedule below for more details. 

CLASSES for the 2024-2025 School Year have begun!
Any baptized youth who is interested in growing in his/her faith and would like to journey toward full initiation into the Catholic Church is a suitable candidate for the Youth Confirmation program at Sacred Heart.  Our classes are geared for those in 6th grade through high school, but we have options for younger kids too.
